At Pure PowerX Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, we offer a clear and easy process for returns and refunds, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, please ensure the following:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Certain items, such as PPE, safety gear, or customized products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
  • How to Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@purepowerx.co.za. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • You will be given instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • Inspection of Returned Products:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product is returned in a condition other than as stated (damaged, used, or missing parts), we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are only issued if the item is eligible for return as per our policy.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.
  • Refund Process:
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain items are non-refundable, including:
      • Custom-made products or personalized items
      • PPE, safety gear, or hygiene-related products (unless defective or damaged)
      • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:

  • Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide Evidence: Please include photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number when contacting us.
  • Replacement or Refund: We will offer you a choice of a full refund or a replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost. Return shipping for faulty products will be covered by Puremart.

4. Handling Fee for Correctly Dispatched Items

If the item you received is the correct product as per your order, but you still wish to exchange it for any reason (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size), a handling fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned product.

Shipping Costs: You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you.

Handling Fee: A non-refundable handling fee of up to 20% will be charged for exchanges of correctly dispatched items.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
